Exchange - Meeting Requests displaying as text

Guys,

 

We're pretty sure that this is Exchange related and not client.

 

We have a few issues with certain meeting messages hitting recipients as text and without the date/time and 'Accept Decline' buttons appearing.

 

Weird thing is that is intermittent, but does involve two specific users - the member of SLT and her PA who sends the requests on her behalf.

 

So far, as well as the usual checks, we have removed and recreated both mailboxes....but still, every now and again this happens. Doesn't matter if the meeting invite goes to one or more people, and doesn't appear specific to one or more attendees.

 

Getting loads of grief now but unable to find a solution.

 

If you look at the Sent Items the date and time are definitely being held in the message.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Do the people involved have blackberry's connected via BES by any chance?

 

We saw similar effects from any meeting request opened on a BBerry.

I noticed a few references to Blackberry devices when searching for answers but no, we don't have any of them

 

All Outlook 2010 and OWA, but mostly Outlook 2010

Have you checked to make sure that the clients have not been set to plaintext or HTML mode for all emails as this can break these I think.
