hfnistelrooy Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 Hi, Ive got 30 Toshiba laptops all running on Windows 7 CC4, however there is no battery icon in the taskbar to tell you how much time is left, is there any program that I can install so that it will show the % battery life remaining for all users?
Fleetwood Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 (edited) Have you tried customizing the 'Notifications' area (bottom right, right next to the clock) - from what I understand, Battery is a System Icon. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Change-how-icons-appear-in-the-notification-area Never used CC4 so I may be barking up the wrong tree! hfnistelrooy Posted June 29, 2012 Author Posted June 29, 2012 I had a look at that and it says somethings are restricted by GPO, but ive checked the relevant GPO and I dont see it set as disabled..

Hello, I'm pretty sure this link will help you, it has some registry files on it which I used myself on CC4: System Icons - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Forums Thanks, Darren
