dany2010 Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 Hi. We have the Canon iR C2620 photocopier and all is working ok apart from when printing booklets. When you ask it to print multiple copies of a booklet it only prints one. Any ideas? Thanks
AngryTechnician Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 Which driver are you using? We use the UFR driver with our Canon machines, and that one seems to work best for us.
dany2010 Posted June 19, 2012 Author Posted June 19, 2012 Currently have the pcl driver. Will give the other driver a go when i get back in. Thanks
brownbread Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 The UFR driver was developed by Canon so that should solve any driver related problem. Make sure you have the latest driver as well.
dany2010 Posted June 20, 2012 Author Posted June 20, 2012 Tried the latest pcl driver today but had no luck. Doesnt look like the UFR driver suports the C2620. Will try installing it as the c2880 in the morning as it might work. You never know. Will let you know. Thanks
brownbread Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 yes your right. If you have a post script license i would use the postscript driver, if not try the latest pcl5e. Not the PCL6
