Viewing a staff account remotely

We have AB tutor installed in an ICT Suite which im goign to use to deploy a piece of software. However, i have ran into some problems i have logged into them all at the same time with my account (domain admin) but i can not view the PCs in the console, but when a student logs in they can be viewed. This was set up before i arrived and im just wondering if anyone knows how or were it will be set. thanks
