SENIOR IT TECHNICIAN

 

NJC Scale Point 22-27

 

(£19,621 to £22,958 p.a. depending on experience)

 

After enjoying many years as a successful Foundation School with specialist Mathematics & Computing status, Sir Christopher Hatton converted to a high performing academy on 1st March 2012. We are very excited about the new opportunities this will bring to develop the potential of all our students. Sir Christopher Hatton is amongst the Top 100 performing schools in the Country for our “excellent achievement of pupils at KS4, 2008-11”.

 

We are looking to recruit a well-qualified, experienced and dynamic Senior IT Technician to provide specialist ICT support and assistance to internal and external clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with Microsoft server and client operating systems. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and a commitment to work as a positive and constructive team member are essential.

I currently work in the business world but I spent around 6 years working in Education and I have to say the latter was the most fulfilling so I'm really looking forward to getting back in to the world of Education! Just knowing that by doing my job I've helped someone get educated is a great feeling!
