Possibly, but where do you draw the line? I might mis-judge stepping off a pavement and fall over. There are no warnings. We'd literally have streets covered in warning signs!

 

Not to mention the stairs at home, a warning sign on each step going up and down. Warning - steep decline ( 8% ), you may fall and hurt yourself.

 

Each sign will have spray painted edges that glow in the dark or when light is reflected off of them so when walking in the dark you still see the signs going up or down the stairs
