RogerCorrigan Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 I'd like to set up a test server for SIMS. Is there anyway to this manually?? Do I need another software to create a database or can I just do it with sql server? and how would I go about adding users? I'm kinda in a pickle right now and i don't have SIMSinst.exe to help me.

kevin_lane Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 The sims installation is in the sims\setups folder you can have more than one installation of sims on a network but just don't change the connect.ini file

Only problem I came up against was downloading from solus2 twice. But you can always phone them up to re authorize the download.
