spluckrose Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 We can not see users documents via IE, Chrome and Firefox but when trying to drag files from HAP it saves them as a link to HAP and when dragging file back on to hap it just opens the file in another window. Thanks simon
nickbro Posted May 10, 2012 Posted May 10, 2012 Drag and Drop only works for uploading files in IE10, Firefox or Chrome. You need to double click on the file, as if you were opening it, it should then ask if you want to open or save the file
spluckrose Posted May 14, 2012 Author Posted May 14, 2012 Thanks Nick We were having problems dragging and dropping with Chrome and Firefox but we have that fixed now The other problem we are having is with active directory, We have put all the correct settings in to HAP, and if i change my name in HAP it changes it in AD but it wont find any of our user groups, the active directory browser just comes up blank Simon
nickbro Posted May 15, 2012 Posted May 15, 2012 it's best to use the administrator account as the AD username/password in the AD settings.
spluckrose Posted May 15, 2012 Author Posted May 15, 2012 (edited) Hi Nick We are using the administrator Username and password for AD see the screen shot below Thanks Simon For some reason its started to work, saved the settings using chrome rather than IE or Firefox and its working Thanks for you time Simon Right if i enter our administrator password and don't click save i can then browse the AD no problem at all as soon as i click save i can no loner browse the AD ?? Thanks Edited May 15, 2012 by spluckrose Kind of solved
nickbro Posted May 15, 2012 Posted May 15, 2012 You should only be clicking save once the whole setup page is completed
