Spiceworks - Switches not listing attached computers

I've recently installed Spiceworks, however I can't get the mapping to work. For some reason, Spiceworks has decided that the switch in our Library is the backbone switch, and most of the PCs are not reported as being on the satellite switches but instead just appear as if connected to the backbone switch (the real one, that is!). One of our switches is reporting correctly, so I wondered if it was an SNMP setting somewhere, however I've checked on the other switches and everything seems to be the same. Also, there is one PC which has been correctly identified as being on switch IT-1 but none of the other PCs on that same switch list correctly.

 

Any ideas, anyone?

If all switches have the same setting, one with lowest MAC address will be nominated as the root.

Could be. Doesn't explain why one switch has picked up just one of the PCs on it though.

Spiceworks have just come back to me, having had a look at our data, saying that the switches are reversing their IP numbers, i.e. 192.168.0.10 is becoming 10.0.168.192 They've raised it as a bug and hope to be able to create a fix for me.
