Duplicated messages appearing in Outlook 2007 & 2010 inbox

Hi there,

 

tearing my hair out with this one!

 

Due to poor internet speeds we're currently waiting for our leased line to go live before we move all of our users over to Live@Edu.

 

We have a couple of users who receive several copies of the same email in their Inbox. The copies are usually timed a few minutes apart and the size of them can also differ!

 

The issue doesn't happen with every email being received though, just seems random.

 

I have created a Live@Edu account for on of the users and set that up to collect email from her account and Live@Edu collects the mail there is no duplication.

 

The outlook box has no rules set.

 

Has anyone come across anything similar?
