Changing Projector Bulb, NEC VT470

One of the bulbs for a NEC VT470 projector has blown, we have replaced the bulb with a new one, but still the power light is orange and the bulb light is red, is their a reset button / code ect?

Try holding the power button in for 20 seconds?

Try pressing the HELP button. Don't release and press the power button. The LED lights should blink. Release then try to power on again.

we found that holding down the exit/off buttons for 10 seconds worked
