Windows XP- SMART Notebook 10.

Hi All.

 

When drawing shapes on the notebook software, you click on one shape eg. a square but a compleately differant shape is drawn eg. a circle.

 

i have fixed the problem on another machine by unistalling and reinstalling the product, but on this machine it has not changed, i have also removed profiles on the machine to no evail.

Are you running the very latest version of Smart Notebook 10.8.364.0? There are many revisions such as 10.1 and 10.2 etc...

Has the machine got all its service packs and updates? Worth doing as I have seen this cause issues with the newer versions of Smart
