Brand new school - ICT suite desking options?

I am ICT manager in a primary school that is currently undergoing a complete rebuild. We don't currently have an ICT suite but will have one in the new build. I am looking at options for desking in the new suite, bearing in mind that three of the four walls will be constructed entirely of glass! Therefore the conventional benching around the outside is not really an option. Was thinking of islands in the middle of the room. Would also like the suite to be 'multi-purpose' and therefore considering the desking solution where the screens can be put away into the desk. Ideally would like this to be electronic rather than manual. Does anyone know of or has anyone used a company that have successfully provided such a solution? Thanks!

One thing to remember is that islands take up a huge amount of space for relatively few computers.
