chazzy2501 Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 Currently we're using Updata on 4 copper connections giving us 20Mbit total. During our move to KCOM I decided to downgrade to just 10Mbit as we hardly use 2Mbit 90% of the time. So I put my order in for 10Mbit over 2 circuits (I assumed) costing a maximum of £2989 per year (over 3 years) Today I just stopped an installation of 4 circuits! it turns out that they were not sure they could get the required bandwidth through just 2 circuits and ordered 4! Without asking! This would have put the price upto a maximum of £4829 per year! Last minute catch this one...
