Wow! Is it wrong that I'm really excited about that! Brand new, dissassembled Spitfires in boxes - I wonder what condition they are in - surely having been buried in original factory packaging they must have been reasonably protected from the more serious ravages of time?

Not at all. I know one 91 year old man who was particularly excited by this news, having himself been a spitfire pilot in the region at that time - my friends' father.

Fantastic story really great, I've been following this since, the kind of thing that couldn't be written better. My grandad built Spitfires (well, parts for them) during WW the second, I wonder if these get found they have his parts in?!
