Moodle 1.9.17 (Build: 20120312)

Hi there

I am getting the below error when trying to open any of the SCORM packages on Moodle

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_fast_modinfo() in H:\inetpub\wwwroot\moodle2\lib\weblib.php on line 5396

Can anyone asdvise what this is?
