[ms office - 2010] Publisher 2010 - Printing

Does anyone know of a policy or setting i can force that will force people in to selecting a printer page size when printing from publisher?

 

Every office application defaults to A4 correctly except for publisher, it always wants to choose letter size or similar which sits in the printer and blocks up the queue until we remove it. Annoying!!

 

and of course it doesn't matter how many times you tell people, they'll still make the mistake
