ok people we all have different ways of doing stuff and we all have reasons why we use certain methods...

But i think few people are getting bit angry when they post a question and comes come back about how evil (swap with any negative word).

I know we all have very heated views but if not careful we may end up like certain other areas of internet and then hard work we have all put in goes out drain...

so can we be bit more restraint when posting messages and try keep comments useful...

remember we might know your joking but can put new people off...

cheers

not really as you are asking to second guess a company we do not know what a company could do they could come after edugeek but in our defence this a user expresssing a view not us.

but they could come after the user.

now if you asking what we would do in that situation that is different kettle of fish in most cases i think db will confirm or deny this the site will follow its terms and conditions

as genreal rule sites i have ran in past worked on will not release info on user or the logs of there activity unless get a court order...

Isn't there a disclaimer somewhere?

Stating that posts are views of private individuals and not the site.

Under the Data Protection Act a court order would be required to release details of an individual without the individuals written consent.
