Staff/Playground Duty/First Aid

one of my deputy dawgs was looking for help in arranging playgound/first aid duties.

 

basically got a list of teachers/tas and 3 breaks morning/lunch/afternoon and wants to allocate people to different roles (teachers/tas not on lunchtime playground but available for first aid duty)

 

Any suggestions for a prog to help to do this?

People on playground can't be first aid duty and vice versa

Does your MIS have a timetabling module? It should be able to handle this by defining breaks as teaching periods

We are SIMS people but don't think we have the timetabling module (No real need in a primary )

Time to do it the old way then with many pieces of card, many pieces of string and stares of death at anyone who enters the timetabler's office.
