Sony vaio Keyboard and mouse pad!

hello, I have a sony vaio model PCG-71211L (vpceb390 x) and I have a big problem with the keyboard and the mouse pad, and got response on bios but as soon windows loads I dont get any response, That happened on windows vista business, so I reinstall Windows 7 pro with an external usb keyboard and an external usb mouse, no luck!!!. btw I tried Safe mode, safe mode with networking, cmd, last known good or working configuration...and nothing, I got a brand new keyboard NOTHING!!!! I uninstalled the keyboard and pointing device from device manager, I tried to reinstall windows xp but Im getting a bsod when windows try to load, I check my sata/ide setting on bios , but I have that option on my bios,(no spills and iI didnt drop it) When I check the drivers I dont get any error or yellow mark---- I dont really what else to try... thanks guys!
