robbie-w Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Many of us are using live@edu but soon Microsoft will be migrating us to office 365 We had put in place that part of our business plan this year was to start using cloud storage for learners. Windows 8 and the new sky drive client for windows 7 would allow us to map sky drive directly into windows on mass. The problem now is that sky drive will not be a part of office 365 so new learners will not get this. However there is the possibility of mapping user drives to their sharepoint storage on office 365. Does anyone do this on mass currently? for this to work for us it needs to be group policied/scripted Robbie

That would be cool. Whoops - seems you could do this already :-) I wonder if there is a way of making skydrives with the usernames of our pupils? http://howto.cnet.com/8301-11310_39-57347395-285/how-to-map-your-skydrive-folder-in-windows-7/ Gareth Edited March 16, 2012 by garethedmondson
