we're trying to get this work work for students. at the moment it tries to download the java file but returns an error message unable to launch application.

We're using bloxx as web filtering, has anyone else had any luck getting this to work, and if so what were the exceptions/rules used?

I had a similar problem with Smoothwall and Elluminate. In the end I had to deploy java settings to set the jave applet to bypass smoothwall using port 801.
