Recommend me a Printer and Scanner for Art dept

Dear all,

 

Currently looking at options for our Art Dept. They currently use a Ricoh C4000 (photocopier) in our library for their main printing and scanning including printing to Acetate and scanning/printing A3.

 

I'm after something which will do the job they need - printing/scanning A3 (including Acetate). They are pushing for something like the C4000 Copier but for the volumes they are after I think it will be easier to purchase an MFP.

 

What do people reckon?

thats a mono device and 22 pages slower I would recommend an olivetti MF451

id go for something like the Olivetti MF220, similar speed to the taskalfa youve linked to to. but colour and better scanning. also half the price of the MF451

We use these in the main office... They are good products. The users especially like the scan to email option.
