witch Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 I doubt they will offer much training and the salary is the standard Dorset senior tech grade. It is a pretty good school though in a nice town in a pretty area. I went for a tech interview many moons ago and was impressed by the kit then, and they have done a lot more since then

How can you have a tech workforce who feels appreciated when there is no CPD? IT by its very nature requires continual learning and development.
