Smatboard will not hold calibration

I have calibrated my board numerous times. It rectifies the problem only momentarily and then returns in minutes time. Today it was working on one side and was 10-15cm out of place on the RH side. Has anyone else had similar issues? I read somewhere about a firmware upgrade. Is this possible? Thanks for any ideas.

Could be that the board is dying. Could also be electrical interference from nearby electrical cables or laptop power packs. Another possibility is that the board is bent slightly, so try loosening the screws on the bottom of the board, and possibly even lifting it off the wall to test. Unfortunately, if the problem has only just come on, a dead board is the most likely - is it still under warranty?

Thanks for the reply. The board was installed last year I think. I'll check the cables. A computer is sitting on the floor under the board. We just had a new air conditioner installed near the board and the network died. It did need to be calibrated the week before but it seemed fine after that. I'm not sure how old it is...over a year.
