BT Versatility Help

Hi,

 

We have just had a BT Versatility V8 system fitted, but I am having problems accessing two of the lines. Both are analogue and are staying open. They are showing up as busy, and cannot be intruded upon or accessed from any handset.

I have heard of similar problems due to the 'Guarded Clear' setting, but have this turned off and it has made no difference.

There is no problem with the lines themselves, or the cabling, so I am assuming it is just a programming issue - probably a really simple one that we have missed.

 

Can anybody offer any advice as to what has gone wrong?
