HP 9500 HDN Colour Laser Printer - **Error Message, help**

Hello,

 

We have a 56.2M error message on our HP 9500 HDN. This is stopping us from printing... I have read on the internet that this could be a fault with the Magenta Image Drum but we have recently replaced this. We only use original toners/cartridges.

 

Any clues anyone?
