Windows 7 Classic theme applying for some users

Hello!

 

For some reason and for some users (including the new account i just created and tested) the windows 7 classic theme seems to get applied at logon.

 

Has anyone seen this or heard of it?

 

I've seen similar things before where it was down to corrupt profiles. Only thing is, ours arent shared or roaming. They are local. App Data is also redirected to the users home drive (to solve an adobe Acrobat bug that we had)
