Alternative providers

I'm looking into broadband options for a group of primary schools in Leicestershire, and have been looking at the very useful toolkit Northants Schools' Broadband working group have produced. I have also been in contact with Talk Straight/Schools Broadband, who say that they are one of two providers approved by the working group. Is anyone willing/able to tell me who the other provider is? Any information or advice you would be able to share would be very much appreciated!

No providers are approved by the working group. The working group met with 3 providers of varying levels / expertise to see how sections of the toolkit would work when conversations took place between schools and suppliers. It does not mean that they are recommended nor was any report published of any perceived shortcomings of any solution.

 

Again, with my LA hat on, I cannot recommend or suggest any supplier, though individual members of the working group, employed by schools, might tell you how they have used the toolkit when working with particular providers, including those on the EMBC framework.
