RM CC3 Security Event error

HI Guys,

In the event log I am getting the security error failure audit, and on the workstations, Teaching staff, students cannot logon, only system administrators can logon, if you logon to a workstation as a student user, it will not load and it appers as a security error in the event log with the students username,

 

Please help, I have no idea why it is doing this,

Start at the top, are all of your servers in correct time with each other?

 

What exactly is the security error you are getting.

 

What happens when the student tries to log in, does it fail on the password or afterwards?

 

What has changed that could be related to this?

 

Do you have an RM Support contract?

Right, in the event log, I get the error under security saying there was a fault with NTUsers/ what ever user it is, and then it fails about the rmc3iengine,

 

I have not changed anything and rm dont know.

What version of the RMC3IEngine do you have (My knowledge of CC3 is rusty) Try uninstallng it on the server and reinstalling and the same for the clients affected, Otherwise log a Support Call with RM as they WILL know or at least will help you fix it, Otherwise restore from a backup that worked !!
