Not really and it depends what you call cheap. EES or Edu open licensing are generally the cheapest ways

If you just need office software that is compatible with Office 2010 then check out OpenOffice.org - The Free and Open Productivity Suite - it's Free, so about as cheap as you can get, can read, edit and save to most formats (including Microsofts own) so perhaps the best way of going about it ..

 

If it's for a school deployment, then as Luke mentioned above, worth looking into the educational licenses on offer from Microsoft or even (if it's a school like most others) deploying Open Office and setting the defaults to be Microsoft Formats so it remains compatible with the rest of the world around us ..
