That guy in the background appears to have been under the impression that he has some privacy here. Could this be shopped? I can't find another version which does not show the scene this way.

As for what he's doing - perhaps the bottom of his shirt is wet and he's just turned around quickly, giving the impression of a jet of water... etc.
