Wow what a great site this is, Iv come across this as i'm working on getting Heritage Library Management software implemented into our college, just wondering if someone could help on a few things?

 

What kind of steps would be taken to diagnose and fix a fault in a database like Heritage? Its just to look at staffing cost for maintaining the system.

 

How is the fault identified? and what support is there?

 

Trying to get answers from users other than isoxford who supply the system
