HELP! Every GPO is being applied to a user, not even in the OU?

Hi Guys,

 

I did have another user account here but for some reason I can't login I've forgot the username I used and apparently the email doesn't exist?

 

Anyway I have an urgent problem, I have a user on a VPN who I dont want any group policies applied to so I dragged them out of the OU but for some reason all the group policys are being applied to the user, I've run gpupdate /force like 300 times, rebooted, on both server and the remote laptop.

 

Can anyone give me any tips? I've even tried that deny read group policy but not even that seemed to get applied?

Hve you moved them from the OU in GPMC too, it's on the filtering if the user is still in the same group the GPO is applied too then that user will get the policies.
