Folder redirection - hide local desktop and start menu ?

I'm testing folder redirection for the new Windows 7 deployment for the Desktop and Start Menu.

 

The folder redirection works great except the computers display both the network folder that has the desktop and start menu (Netlogon), but it also has the local folder.

 

I don't want the local desktop and start menu to display... only the network version of it. How can I hide the local desktop and start menu ?

IIRC it is in the explorer settings and Start Menu settings in GPO, think it refers to them as local or common icons.

admin templates ===> start menu and task bar ====> remove common program groups

yup, there is one in Explorer for the desktop as well i think :-)
