Primera Disk Publisher Pro

We recently bought a Primera Disk Publisher Pro which burns and prints CD's. My problem is that when a print job is specified along with the burn it'll burn and print fine but will then eject the print tray and stall. The Ink cartridge LED will flash steadily which in the manual means that the ink cartridge or carrier tray has stalled. I have installed the latest printer and firmware drivers for this but still get the same issue. Has anyone else got one of these and seen this?

I thought this would be a long shot but was hoping someone else may have this piece of equipment. Primera support haven't been the most helpful and just point me in the direction of software/firmware updates of which i've already done.
