Kaz77 Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 I have just been notified that Update 'Test update (FMS) for S3 3.4.103 onwards (Database and workstation)' and Test update (SIMS) for S3 3.4.103 onwards (Database and workstation) have just arrived in the database. Does anyone know what these are? I've looked on SupportNet and there is nothing there about it.
matt40k Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Yes, they're test patches Idea is when you setup SOLUS3, you want a dummy patch to test that you've setup and configured the system correctly. Otherwise you have to wait for a real release and you end up with egg on your face because you didn't test it.
