Ben-BSH Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 Afternoon all, quick question. what do you use as video editing software? a local primary have asked me to source software similar to the Digital Blue suite. which will work with Windows 7. (the current digital blue suite does not as far as i am aware) Free if possible! although it is not a requirement! Many thanks in advance Ben.
ricki Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Hi I contacted digital blue and they said that they had no intention of producing a version that would run with windows 7, but the cameras still work which they do and adviced Movie Maker. Richard 1
Ben-BSH Posted January 20, 2012 Author Posted January 20, 2012 Wonderful thanks guys, i did have a suspicion Movie Maker was the way forward, but was not sure what others used Many thanks! Question is now, to 2.6 or to live!?!
Chris_Cook Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Serif Movie Plus is good as well, but not sure how well it would work for a primary. The free version doesn't have many codecs, but might be enough for you if you only use one type of camera. The full version isn't that expensive.
