RM One flashing power light

Hi All,

 

I have an original RM One PC in to fix. It has developed a fault where it has an intermittent flashing blue power light (around the power button), and won't turn on. Has anyone else come across this before?

I suspect it could be the power supply, but it is horrible to get at.

I'm just deciding if it's worth the time, effort and money to fix. RM want £55 to collect it and then just look at it, or £175 to come on-site then + labour and parts.
