xp language settings stuck as us what reg keys hold this info meesing fms reports up

does anyone know what reg keys hold the language and date format settings for xp.

 

i need to force a change but every time i do it through the control panel it reverts back.

 

no policys are being applied it is just stuck as non uk

 

it is throwing fms reports out due to the date format.

 

any help would be appreciated

yes thats what i thought but it was missing so i kind of didnt trust my memory.

 

exported the key from an identical machine and all is now working perfectly.
