Telephone Recording

Does anyone use a recording system on their school telephone lines? We currently use a Storacall recording system on our analogue lines but our LA are in the process of upgrading our phone structure to a Cisco IP phone system leaving this Storacall system obsolete. We are currently looking at getting an IP based recording solution from Storacall but have also heard good thing about the Oak Telecom RecordX solution, has anyone ever used this software before, if so what are your impressions?

We have used some of the Oak products with our Avaya stuff, not had an issue as far as I am aware.

Oak seems to be the best at this to be honest. I can arrange a webinar if you like so you can see it in action???

I would agree - I have used and configured Oak in the past very successfully.
