[hosting] NS Transfer

Hi,

Months ago I transfered a domain to another name server, however this company has stopped operating. How do I transfer my NS when I am unable to access the settings for the domain?

Hi Stu,

 

To understand this best it would be good to know if you simply pointed the domain (at the registrar) to new nameservers and it's these nameservers which are no longer available. (so you could go back to the registrar and point it to some other new ones).

 

Or, if the registrar is what has stopped operating.

 

By all means PM me your domain name if you wish me to check which of the above is applicable.

 

If you don't want to reveal the name let me know what the TLD is (.com/.net/.uk etc) together with which situation it fits into above and we'll see what the process is.
