Easylink/netdrive stopped working

Hi

 

For some reason easylink has decided to stop allowing connections. We gave up with the official easylink way as it wouldn't work. We now use net drive for windows computers and on macs just connecting to the server. This has been working great up until the other day when it just started refusing connections with no changes on our end.

 

My knowledge of easylink is fairly thin on the ground. ANyone know how to either restart it (if it has a service) or any recommendations for a fix?
