Stese Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 Hey all, I've made a mistake with my Dansguardian lists.... All of the important blocking and allow lists are held on a Windows Share, permantly mounted into my Linux box. I've gone and deleted the contents of my main block file without realising (saved and closed)... Dansguardian is still running with the old list in memory.... Is there any way I can send a command to it to output all of the data it holds for blocked sites etc? if not.... if anyone has a decent list of games, and other off-tasking sites to block, i'd appreciate it...
Stese Posted May 8, 2007 Author Posted May 8, 2007 Ok, I'll save my list and reboot DG then/... *Whimper*

Alternatively have you enbaled that shadow copy versions thingy on the Windows server?
Stese Posted May 8, 2007 Author Posted May 8, 2007 I don't think they are... how would I access the shadow copy?
Geoff Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 Right click the folder and look at the previous versions tab. If you don't have a previous versions tab then you never configured Shadow Copies on the server.
