[ms office - 2010] Clip Art Not Appearing

Hi everyone, this site has bee na great resource for me for a few issues and I'm hoping it can be again.

 

We are currently using office 2010 throughout our schools and cannot search for clip art in any of the office applications.

 

Office 2007 seems to work fine but we cannot get 2010 to work even though we have made all the recommended exceptions in our proxy.

 

Any and all ideas are appreciated!
