Brightsign Digital Display

I've recently posted a thread in relation to comparing Xibo to other digital display solutions but have now found out that we have already purchased a solution for some displays that isn't being properly used yet. The solution we have bought into is Brightsign but as yet has only been used by creating content and storing it on an SD card which is then placed into the device. I have now been asked to set it up so it works over the network to see if it is worth investing any more money into. Problem is that I can't get it to work over the network. I keep getting an error saying it cant download the content and am not sure if it is a problem with our web server settings or with config file I created for the Brightsign unit. Has anyone used this software before?

How did you find the Brightsign Solution? What units have you got?

do they have much of a presence in the UK?

I got this working, but decided it wasn't a suitable solution for what we needed (mainly down to our requirements changing). Personally I found them a little restrictive, but I think this was because we had the entry level units and apparently others offer more functionality. We are now rolling out Xibo which we are using with some spare machines.
