Exchange 2007 and Forest Level change

it has been some time now since we moved over to our new dc server which are 2008 r2 everything is running fine etc. now i need to decide on whether move the function level to 2008r2 but my only concern is my exchange 2007 server it is running SP3 but i would like some advice to see if any people have had any issue when they have moved over

We raised Forest & Domain function to 2008 R2 with our Exchange 2007 SP3, no issues at all.
