[ms office - 2010] Excel print issue - extra lines added

We recently upgraded our main printer and the chap who does our timetables came to me today complaining that since then his timetables out of Office 2010 Excel have extra lines (horizontal) added. Printer driver is defo ok. Print preview looks clean but the printed article has extra horizontal lines all over the document and even including the - what should be white space at the end of the document?

Would it be possible to upload the document here even if you have to edit the textual info ie delete text out of the document so I can have a play around with it on here.
