Replacement Shell For Windows Thin PC & RDS

I'm testing ThinKiosk to good effect. ThinKiosk is running as the shell with the process set to c:\windows\system32\mstsc.exe with arguments /v:rdshost1.nsnet.net /f but is there a syntax to allow local USB flash memory sticks?

No command line for that option I'm afraid. Host a connection file on a network share and point the arguments to it.

 

The next version will allow you to connect to multiple desktops and host these connection Files in the config.

I did create a RDP file that launches everything ok inc able to use USB flash drive but if prompts that it is untrusted even though I have set GPO to allow untrusted. I'll have another look at your blog.

Ah yes...that bit of fun! Yep, that's on the list on the. You will need to sign it for your domain, and then use Gpo to allow it with no messages
