Looking at both Exchange and Novell Groupwise 7- anyone using the latter and if so, how good is it?

Getting an evaluation copy, but just wanted a heads-up.

We have been using GroupWise for many years. Currently on version 7 SP1. I have been very happy with GroupWise. Seems very stable and user friendlily for the clients. I highly recommend using it.

I am looking into groupwise also, I have the eval copy, but I just haven't had time to look at it. The cluster installation looks a bit scary, So I don't know if I am going to cluster it or stick it on my spare server.

We are using Groupwise 7.01 here (haven't patched to 7.02 yet) but rather than installing on a Netware server, we have it installed on our old Windows 2000 Server that used to run Mercury32. We use the full Groupwise client on our curriculum workstations, admin stations use Outlook connecting via pop3 and we use the webaccess component for webmail. We also have a Blackberry Enterprise Server installed to push emails directly from Groupwise to the SLT's Blackberry devices.

....till easter that is, when it's getting replaced with Exchange (not my choice)

If you are able to patch with the eval copy, checkout SP2HP1. I believe its the latest and dare I say.... greatest?
